How do I cancel my membership?
There are two ways to cancel
- If you signed up with
you can easily go to their pages ()
and cancel your membership immediately. If you're having any
problems, just email me with your username and password and
the user name you used to sign up and I will cancel it from
here
and send you an email confirming it has been done.
My browsing is very slow.
Some pages don't even load up.
This is a very rare problem, and
seems to affect only Internet Explorer browsers. This is fixed
immediately by downloading a free browser like Opera or Firefox.
If despite all the security problems and warnings you
keep using Windows and Explorer, you are looking for trouble
on the internet.
How do I watch movie files?
Very old movie files are MPEG format.
They can be played with any viewer for all major operating systems.
Newer files are either Windows Media or Quicktime. Windows Media
Player is available on Microsoft site for all major operating
systems. All HDTV files are Quicktime. It just works a lot better
for high resolution movies and works smoothly on all supported
